    The law against the disciples plucking corn on the Sabbath and demanding stoning the adulteress represents the penultimate needing the ultimate.

    Trump leaves office as irrationality and smear campaigns give way to coherence and neoliberal respect for human dignity. “The old gives way to the new as the snow gives way to the spring (Rilke).
    “The swan that floats and does not sink represents the intransitory in the transitory” (Heidegger). “The fog is lifted. The language of proclamation runs crossway to the language of time” (Bonhoeffer)
    God, faith and the paradox speak the language of surprise, God in time, the unspeakable as the bread of life. Jesus is the fulfillment of the land promise to Israel. Our challenge is to create a new language and a new mathematics and to think spiritually. We can see and understand the world differently even when politics and the media betray democracy!
