Wars and threats of war are violations of the UN Charter. In his speech to the General Assembly, Trump was the first to accuse Iran of violating the nuclear disarmament treaty. The US is not afraid of threatening military force in Europe and at the border with Russia. This was also true for the presidents Obama, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton and also for Hillary Clinton as secretary of state. Hillary would not have acted differently as president. We are not living in a new world since the election of the new president.
