On Health Care and So Much More, the Nordics Show that Equality Works

Forget the Nordic diet. Try the Nordic tax plan. French, Japanese, and Scandinavian people don’t live longer because they eat more nutritious food. They live longer because they live in more equal societies.

In Vancouver B.C., the 26 community centers make all the difference and act as cushioning and multiplying resources. Working and non-working persons feel included in the modern project.

George Lakey recently retired from being a professor at Swarthmore College and is on tour with his book “Viking Economics.”
